Abstract

Through the analysis of the achievements of the Study on the Strategy of Technical Standards Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and the standardization strategies or plans established by governments at all levels, it concludes that the skeleton for standardization strategy thinking has been formed, a real standardization strategy has been established and implemented, and addresses achievements and current challenges.
