Abstract
The UMTS Forum promotes 3G mobile systems and services by offering guidance to governmental and financial communities, providing marketing input to technical standardization bodies, and advising on spectrum requirements for both present and future 3G systems. The UMTS Forum also provides educational and promotional activities.
