Abstract
The PTCRB (formerly the PCS Type Certification Review Board) develops the framework within which Cellular GERAN (GSM), UTRA (UMTS) and E-UTRA (LTE) mobile devices and modules obtain Type Certification for usage on PTCRB Operator networks. This includes, but is not limited to, determination of the test specifications and methods necessary to support the certification process for GERAN, UTRAN, and E-UTRAN devices.
