Abstract
The Open Content Alliance (OCA) was developing a permanent archive of multilingual digitized text and multimedia material. The OCA promoted access to and reuse of collections in the archive, while respecting the content owners and contributors. The Open Content Alliance was administered by the Internet Archive, a 501c3 non-profit library.
