Abstract
The International Automotive Task Force (IATF) is a group of automotive manufacturers with the aim of providing improved quality products to automotive customers worldwide. The IATF prepared ISO/TS16949, a technical specification for the development of a quality management system that provides for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention, and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain.
