Abstract
The EUROREC Institute (EuroRec) is a not-for-profit organization that promotes the use of Electronic Health Record systems (EHRs) in Europe. One of its main missions as the European authorization certification body is to support EHRs certification development, testing, and assessment by defining functional and other criteria.
