Abstract
ClinGen is a National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded resource developing an authoritative central resource that defines the clinical relevance of genomic variants for use in precision medicine and research. The Consortium promotes data sharing efforts, developing the infrastructure and standards to support curation activities, and incorporating machine-learning approaches to speed the identification of clinically relevant variants.
