Abstract
The Association for Information and Image Management was founded in 1943 as the National Microfilm Association. AIIM connects users with suppliers who can assist them in applying document and content technologies to improve their internal processes. AIIM's core document and content technologies help users capture, develop, customize, deliver, and manage enterprise content to support business processes.
