Abstract
The Dynamic Spectrum Alliance (DSA) promotes the adoption of legal and regulatory frameworks that facilitate dynamic access to radio spectrum based on the policy principles adopted by the DSA. A function of the DSA is to generate responses to government and regulator consultations. Its goal is to increase the amount of available wireless bandwidth worldwide through effective spectrum utilization.
