Abstract
ONAMI, the Oregon Nanoscience and Microtechnologies Institute, is an academic, business, and government collaboration to increase research volume and commercialization in the broad area of nano- and micro-scale science and engineering. ONAMI focuses research in: microtechnology-based energy and chemical systems, safer nanomaterials and nanomanufacturing, sustainable materials chemistry, and nanoelectronics, nanometrology, and nanobiotechnology.
