Abstract
CTIA industry committees develop positions on issues of importance to the wireless industry, such as taxation, roaming, safety, regulations, fraud, and technology, and represents the wireless industry on those issues in contacts with policy makers in the Executive Branch, the Federal Communications Commission, and Congress. Its members include service providers, manufacturers, wireless data and Internet companies, and other contributors to the wireless universe.
