Abstract
The DVD Copy Control Association (DVD CCA) issues licenses for the Content Scramble System (CSS) to manufacturers of Blu-ray and DVD related products. The Content Scramble System (CSS) is a protection system that enables the owners of movie content to provide consumers access to DVD movies for home viewing on their video systems and computers with reduced concern over unauthorized reproduction.
