Abstract
The Home Phoneline Networking Alliance (HomePNA) was founded with the goal of helping to ensure adoption of a single, unified phoneline networking industry standard. HomePNA was a high-speed networking (LAN) technology that used existing phone wires in a person's home to share a single Internet connection with several PCs in a person's home. In addition, HomePNA promoted interoperable home networking solutions. *Merged with HomeGrid Forum in 2013
