Abstract
The Semiconductor Test Consortium developed cost-effective testing methods for complex logic devices, such as SoCs, and to further develop the Open Semiconductor Test Open Architecture, a framework created to enable open test solutions intended to achieve hardware and software interoperability. *Inactive
